Meet Darlene

Darlene started with the practice in 1987 as the first full time surgical assistant after graduating from Rock Valley College's dental assisting program. Throughout her years with the practice, she has held multiple roles including receptionist, transcriptionist, sending out the doctors correspondence to referring offices, the processing of insurance claims and pre-estimates, coordinator of dental and medical benefits, monthly billing and account collections, a member of the management team, and her current role, treatment coordinator. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and antiquing with her husband.
