Located in southern Wisconsin and acting as county seat for Rock County, Janesville, WI is the largest city in Rock County. Janesville was once the site of the oldest General Motors plant before the plant closed in 2008, as well as the Parker Pen Company, which was once the largest writing instrument plant worldwide, before closing in 2000.
