Meet Yolanda

Yolanda Cardenas is the Operations Manager, where she oversees day to day operations and sets high training standards and hiring procedures. Prior to her career in management, she worked as a Surgical Dental Assistant with the company. Yolanda has been with the practice since 2011 and in the dental field since 2008. She is a mentor who strives to provide exceptional leadership and guidance to her team. She enjoys planning quarterly team events to promote bonding, trust, communication and teamwork. In her free time, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends.
